Terminal - The Movie

You won't believe what happened! My flight to Sao Paulo was overbooked with more than a hundred people due to problems with the Brazilian airline Varig, so they looked for volunteers to stay in Frankfurt for one more day in a four-star hotel plus €600 cash. And the same thing happened the next day! I met some other German and Brazilian folks who did the same so we went to a lake nearby to kill time while it was like 37 deg.
After the second day they decided to send an additional airplane to carry all the people so it was no longer worth it to stay.
